Futanari Discount: Works with Futanari currently get a discount of 25% off. Discuss with me whether or not the discount can apply to the animation. This does not apply for SFX-Only edits, nor will it reduce the price below the minimum for that tier!Additional Fees: Depending upon the complexity of the project, additional fees may be added on.Turn-Around Time: The client should state, upfront, if an expected turn-around time is expected for the project. Otherwise, a turn-around time of 2 weeks to one month is expected. A rush fee may be applied for extremely short deadlines.Private Fee: Works that are private and will never be released to the public have a +50% cost, and are more likely to be subject to additional fees, depending on the content.Bulk Orders: Animations commissioned in bulk (3+) and that total at least $100 are provided discounts based on complexity and content.

Collaborations

Collaborations, which I define as an exchange of talent rather than currency for contribution for some project, are welcome. I do collaborations with both male and female VA's, but reserve the right to walk away from a collaboration at any time and for any reason. Turn-around time is indeterminate.

Reuse and Recycling of Audio from VA's

Audio from Voice Actors will be recycled and reused in future animations under the following conditions.

  • Consent from the VA has been explicitly obtained in advance

  • Audio is from non-paid work or animator also has given consent

  • Animation fits normal Terms of Service of the VA

Examples:Voice Actor agrees to collaborate but never gives explicit consent - No reuse/recycling of audio will occur.Voice Actor agrees to collaborate and gives consent, but a voice take is from an animation that is commissioned work - No reuse/recycling of audio will occur unless further consent is obtained. If the VA, however, states that they own all audio and reserve the right to reuse said audio in the future, then by transitive law, I also reserve the right to reuse said audio as well.Note: I will only ask once; if the answer is 'yes' then that 'yes' applies to all future audio from said VA.

Quality Assurance

Due to variations in device hardware, a mix can sound different on different devices, ranging from small speakers like laptops, phones, and tablets to open- and closed-back headphones. A mix that sounds great on one device may not sound as good on another. To ensure consistency, I conduct quality assurance testing on my mixes using six different devices, including:1. DT 900 Pro X - Studio Open-Back
2. Sennheiser 599 SE - Consumer Open-Back
3. ATH M50x - Studio Closed-Back
4. JBL 660NC - Consumer Closed-Back
5. Smart Phone - Very Small Speaker
6. Tablet - Small Speaker
This testing process enables me to assess how a mix sounds across multiple devices with varying frequency responses.

Audio Modification Policy

Modifications to the audio I produce must occur before finalizing the commission or request agreement or be performed by me or with my consent. Simple adjustments, such as normalizing or adjusting gain, are permitted*; however, destructive edits (e.g., adding background music) are not allowed. I take great care in ensuring that the mix translates well across various devices; if you require modifications, please consult me as the sound designer for the project.Any approved last-minute alterations must be explicitly stated either in the post's description or in a prompt follow-up comment on the post to avoid misattributing the change to me as the sound designer. Be aware that when I share the completed work on other platforms, it will include the original, unaltered audio.*Note: When normalizing or increasing gain, ensure the resulting audio does not clip or peak. If adjusting the gain leads to clipping, hard limiting, and compression may negatively impact the final work. Consult with me beforehand.
